Positive: Nice location and easy to get around Maggie Valley without being on the main strip. Furniture was nice to relax and watch a movie with family and the back porch was great to sit and enjoy the mountains with a cold drink. My boys like having the loft room
Negative: My wife wasn't a fan of the first hill and switchback on the driveway but as long as I drove she was good and enjoyed the stay.

Nice relaxing spot but not for ones pulling a trailer.
Positive: It is nestled away in a quiet area with a beautiful overlook.
Negative: I pulled a trailer with motorcycles and there was no way to get the up the driveway but the owners were wonderful allowing me to store my motorcycle and trailer at another area.
